No Place Like Home

Saturday 15 March (Matinee)

Stories of illegal immigrants are everywhere, as is the resentment that they will be given free housing, shelter and medical treatment at the expense of people who have lived here all their lives. We know that some are escaping persecution and poverty; seeking a place of opportunity and willing to work hard, but often the focus on the troublemakers, the free-riders, those who take advantage.

But perhaps there are 'natives' who take advantage as well? This is the story of four girls who in their desire to escape the poverty of their homeland unwittingly become imported 'commodities' trafficked in our great capital, lured into a web they cannot escape.
